The Mission of The Training Academy is to empower and inspire Retail Leadership Teams in a way that is authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with the values of that organisation. I believe that everyone has the potential to create positive change in their lives, and we support organisations through their journey of growth and transformation.
My Approach
My approach to Training is rooted in positive psychology, embracing all learning styles, and performance coaching. I work collaboratively with organisations to help them identify their training gaps and overcome these through the development of practical strategies for achieving their teams and business goals. I believe that through coaching and training we can unlock potential in others through providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for learning to occur.
My Services
I offer a range of Training services, this includes Retail Mentoring one to one sessions with Senior Retail Leadership Teams, Group Training sessions, workshops and online courses. My areas of expertise include Retail Leadership Training, Performance Management for Retail Leaders and developing a "People First" culture.
